• Do not sell alcoholic beverages (beers, liquor, etc.)
• Sellers must be certified or licensed for sales
• Food vendors must have a certified slow burn system, a fire extinguisher and keep the hoe 5 feet away from the tent.
• Sellers or users must have a property damage insurance certificate.
• The space will be delivered to the person in charge or company that is registered in the application to sell and display what is described in the application.
• All vendors are required to attend an orientation at the Montgomery County Health Department.
• All goods or equipment of the kiosk owner must be kept in their area stipulated in the contract
• Food vendors must stop sales at 6:00 pm in preparation for evacuation at 7:00 pm.
• Vendors must be at the event location at 8:00 am.
• Violation of this agreement could result in the suspension of your space without the right to a refund.
• COTSA will not provide kiosks, chairs, or tables.
• COTSA takes no responsibility in case of any loss. The signatories of the contract agree not to take any type of legal claim.
