Rules for renting kiosks
- Do not sell alcoholic beverages (beers, liquor, etc.)
- Sellers must be certified or licensed for sales
- Food vendors must have a certified slow burn system, a fire extinguisher and keep the hoe 5 feet away from the tent.
- Sellers or users must have a property damage insurance certificate.
- The space will be delivered to the person in charge or company that is registered in the application to sell and display what is described in the application.
- All vendors are required to attend an orientation at the Montgomery County Health Department.
- All goods or equipment of the kiosk owner must be kept in their area stipulated in the contract
- Food vendors must stop sales at 6:00 pm in preparation for evacuation at 7:00 pm.
- Vendors must be at the event location at 8:00 am.
- Violation of this agreement could result in the suspension of your space without the right to a refund.
- COTSA will not provide kiosks, chairs, or tables.
- COTSA takes no responsibility in case of any loss. The signatories of the contract agree not to take any type of legal claim.
